Activities in Isenfir

The following links provide more information about the regular Isenfir activities described below. If you have any questions about the directions or need clarification, call the person in charge of the activity you're planning to attend.

  • Archery and thrown weapons
    Bows, arrows, axes, throwing knives. New people are always welcome and encouraged to come give these martial skills a try.
  • Armored Combat
    Armored (heavier weapons and shields) style fighting. New people are always welcome and encouraged to come give these martial skills a try.
  • Garb Accessories Workshop
    Bring an accessory that you are working on, bring questions, or come just for fun.
  • Handcrafters
    We get together and work on various A&S projects.
  • On Pens and Needles
    Dedicated to heraldry and A&S projects.
  • Populace
    The monthly business meeting for the Shire of Isenfir, where we discuss and plan upcoming Shire activities.
  • Rapier Combat
    Fencing style fighting. New people are always welcome and encouraged to come give these martial skills a try.
  • Renaissance dance
    Isenfir's twice monthly dance evenings of European Renaissance dance. Come learn and enjoy the social and courtly dances of the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries.
  • Sewing Circle
    A little sewing, a little snacking, a little patterning, etc. Sewing machines, space for handsewing, and a large table for laying out fabric are all available.
  • Singing
    The practice session for the Katzenjammerchor, Isenfir's amateur singing group for music from the Middle Ages and Renaissance. All new voices are welcome.
