Minutes of July 2000 Populace Meeting
July 24, 2000
Meeting called to order at 7:30-ish by our fearless leader, Debbie Jo.
Announcement:
Reformatting of the meetings:
1) To save time, Officer Reports will be covered first. This way, if any officers need to
leave, they can as soon as they give their report.
2) We will try to limit each topic to 10 minutes. If we need to have more time, we will go
on for another 10 minutes. If it seems that we are taking an overly long amount of time on
a topic, we will postpone the rest of the discussion until after all other topics have
been covered.
