Populace Meeting
                         October 23, 2003

Meeting called to order by our Seneschale. No report from her, but
Deputy reports: Katrina says the student group is holding A&S nights,
doing some sewing. Check the Isenfir calendar for a complete list of
activities. Monday was a mask making class for the upcoming Masked
Ball at the SAB on the 30th. Everyone come and enjoy. Food would be
good. It was decided, seeing how many students we do have, to keep
Populace on campus.
Deputy Debbie Jo raised the possibility of the students hosting an
event, something not taking huge amounts of work. She will be
attending Unevent as the Shire's representative.  
Chatelaine's report: She was sent a list of interested folk that the
Caer Gelynniog Seneschal had collected during a demo this summer. She
will contact them soon.
A&S No report.
Dance: We're dancing.
Music: Music continues. Will likely move on campus soon.
Drumming: No report. Check with Waian for schedule.
Exchequer: Quarterly report in soon.
UnChronicler: continuing to take notes.
Herald: Past month several contacts.
Webminister: A new version is approaching being finished.
Fighting: Heqvy: No report.
Rapier: Still a full schedule. Have two about to authorize.
Archery: Njal is not yet on Atlantia web site. 
Siege Engine: No report.
Old Business: It was agreed that while the event was small, all there
had a good time. Food was good, plenty of it and on time. Prizes were
awesome. This has probably been our best organized Games Tourney,
thanks to Christafana and Lady Anne and Laura. Yes, they had help, but
they are the ones who kept it going. Vivats to them and all who
helped.
New Business: We have decided to take the RMI to 12th Night this year.
Are discussing the problem of not enough coins.
