POPULACE MEETING 
                            Nov. 20th

A quick meeting; very few attended due to the cold and flu season
starting early. Seneschale's Report, None. Deputy Seneschale for
Students, No report. Deputy Seneschale Deborah, no report. Chatelaine,
have had several contacts. Arts and Sciences, Lori will be going to
Unevent with our Seneschale. Dance, has been sparsely attended
recently. Going to put ads in the local dance pubs. Polyphony, hope to
meet once more this year, on campus (10th), then will be meeting on
campus the remainder of the school year. Drumming, no report.
Exchequer, we broke even on the Games Tourney. Games Tourney, the next
is ten months away. Unchronicler, meeting notes have been failing to
reach fred. Herald, had four submissions pass Kingdom and continue on
their way.Webminister. Improvements need to be made, and the directory
needs updating.
Fighting: Heavy, no report, Rapier, still practicing. Sending notices
regularly. Archery and Thrown will resume in the spring. Seige
Engines, No activity until spring. 
December Populace will be a Xmas gathering at Lady Anne's on the 18th.
Food would be nice. We have still to finish minting coins for 12th
Night. So far those going with the RMI are Deb, Kailo, Anne and Dolce.
Donel suggests a combined demo, Adrians, Cornicopia, and SCA at the
June 19th Ren Faire at Natural Bridge.
