A&S Officer reported that there has been much A&S activity, including music and dancing at the Rites of Spring Revel, the Scriptorium, and dancing at the Dance Revel. She also reported that recorder practice has been happening a half hour before dance practice, with sporadic attendance. It will continue until she leaves in June. Susie won the A&S competition at Coronation with a display of bee products.
Chronicler had nothing to report. Deputy Chronicler reported that the Web Site continues to be developed.
Exchequer reported that we still had money. A little less than last month, but not insolvent yet.
Herald reported that Pat's name was passed, and Jon's name and device had been submitted. She would like to be able to send out more, so please submit!
Rapier Marshal reported that fencing practice is now exclusively on the Triangle. Practice on May 5th will be at Bob & Sally's Anniversary Party. The White Scarf Treaty went through at Coronation, so our resident Provost now gets to wear a white scarf. Kim was also made a Free Scholar and gets to wear a gold scarf. Jon also reminded everyone that the Defender of the Innocents Tourney will be held on Sunday, April 28th at noon on the Triangle. It's in garb, and bring food if you want to.
Chatelaine reported that the weekly lunches have been going well, but will be on hold until further notice after April 25, given the departure of most of the student attendees.
The Seneschal reported that Matthew would be taking over the job of Chatelaine in the fall. The current Chatelaine informed everyone that Daryl received his AoA at Coronation.
Everyone was again reminded of Bob & Sally's Anniversary Party on May 5th.
The Event of the Month for May will be Emerald Joust at Camp Brady Saunders May 25-27th.
There will be a going away party for Zoe on June 8th at her house at 6:00pm. It's pot luck (she'll be making sushi). She would like to do a Bardic thing later in the evening.
There being no further business, the meeting broke down into random chatting until Daryl herded everyone out to College Inn.
