Shire met in room 119 in New Cabell Hall, 7:30 .
It was a busy meeting, many changes made. Dosso is again Exchequer. He has sent out the end of the year report. As soon as his name is on the signature card he will begin to pay out the bills that have piled up in the last year. Our new Seneschal is Debbie Jo, or Jebbie Do. She seems to have more doubt about her ability to do the task than any of the rest of us have, so if she asks for aid, help her out.

These all need attention, some sooner and some later.
We have two new Chatelaines, Alleen (Aimee) for our students, and Toby for our townies. Last I knew Bryan and Aeowin have the loaner garb, and have wisely instituted a checkout policy.
I raised the issue of a Web Minister, and the two folk of the Shire who have the time are going to discuss it and see how they wish to arrange things.

Event of the Month for April is the Spring Revel mounted by Caer Gelen the 17th.
Bryan is organizing our Defender of the Innocents tourney to be held at their farm probably late March (27th?). He is also arranging to rent Camp Albemarle the 18th of April--it doesn't open until the 15th, so the 10th was out--for our Dessert and Dance Revel. Last I heard this will include a potluck feast as well. He is posting details on the Isenet as they solidify.
